Our physical, occupational, and speech therapists provide a custom therapy program that can help individuals return to their prior level of functioning, and encourage activities and lifestyle changes that can help prevent further injury and improve overall health and well-being.
Our therapist works with individual patients to:
- Reduce or eliminate pain
- Improve mobility
- Recover from a stroke and surgery
- Improve balance and prevent falls
- Manage age-related issues/arthritic or osteoporotic conditions
- Manage diabetes and vascular conditions
Who Is Eligible for In-Home Care
- The patient must need intermittent skilled nursing, physical therapy, speech therapy, or occupational therapy.
- The patient must be homebound or normally unable to leave his/her home unassisted.
- Your physician must order the home health care you or your family members need.
